How long until my order ships?
Once you approve your proof, your order goes into production. Because this package is priced so aggressively, it runs on an extended lead time compared to our standard packages — if you need your hoodies by a specific date, contact us before ordering. You'll get tracking by email the day it ships.
Do I need to provide artwork?
Upload what you have (we accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and more). Our art team does a free design review on every order — basic cleanup and typesetting are complimentary, and if your design needs heavier rework we'll tell you what it costs before you commit.
Can I mix sizes within my order?
Yes — this special is Sport Grey only, but you can mix any sizes S through 5XL, as long as it's one design across the package. Sizes 2XL and up have a small additional cost per hoodie.
How do these hoodies fit?
Hoodies tend to run small, so we recommend ordering a size up from your normal t-shirt size for the best fit.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We stand behind our work. Every order includes a free proof approval before printing. If there's ever an issue with print quality or your order doesn't match the approved proof, we'll make it right.
✓ Proof Approval Guarantee — Every order includes a free digital proof for your approval before we print. You'll see exactly how your design will look — no surprises. We don't start printing until you give the thumbs up.
