Standard turnaround is 17–25 business days from the date your order is placed, not including shipping transit time. Production begins once your artwork proof is approved. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout, and most orders ship before that date.

Yes — three rush options are available right at checkout: 10 Business Day Ship (recommended for events with firm dates), 7 Business Day Ship, and 5 Business Day Ship (fastest available). Rush fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and complexity, and are non-refundable.

Every order ships free via UPS Ground from our north Alabama facility, and you get a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Need faster transit? Contact us after checkout to upgrade to 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air (additional charges apply).

Yes! Local pickup is available at our facility in the Huntsville, AL area — just contact us after placing your order to arrange it. You still keep the free-shipping discount on your order.

No problem. Our in-house design team can help bring your idea to life — basic typesetting and minor adjustments are usually complimentary, and more complex custom designs or logo creation are available at an hourly rate. Send us your idea and we'll quote it.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) print the cleanest. High-resolution raster files (PSD, PNG, TIFF at 300 DPI or higher) work great too. If your file won't print well, our design team will let you know and help you get a better one.

Always. Every order gets a digital proof within 1–2 business days showing exact placement, size, and colors. Nothing goes to press until you approve it, and revisions before approval are free.

No — your approved proof is the blueprint our production team works from, so once you approve it your order moves into production and can't be changed. Double-check spelling, ink colors, design placement, garment colors, and size quantities before you click approve.

Very close. Like all screen printers we allow a 1-inch placement tolerance, and slight color variance can occur between what a monitor shows and printed ink — even with Pantone matching. We print to the exact dimensions shown on your approved proof.

No minimums on catalog products — order one piece or one thousand. Package deals are the exception: $399 package pricing requires 100+ shirts per design. You can mix any colors and sizes you like as long as the artwork stays the same (sizes 2XL and up carry a small garment surcharge, calculated automatically at checkout).

No. Every order runs on industrial-grade screen printing and embroidery equipment — our facility operates 10 automatic M&R presses capable of producing 240,000+ pieces a month. Vinyl is only used for custom names and numbers when specifically requested.

Orders can be canceled within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, a 20% cancellation/restocking fee applies. Orders that have already been printed and shipped aren't eligible for cash refunds, and rush fees are non-refundable.

If your order doesn't match the approved proof, contact us right away — we'll make it right with a reprint or refund of the affected items. (We can't take responsibility for orders that match the approved proof and invoice, which is why the review step matters.)
